Doesn't fit as expected

Looks good but doesn't fit. It rises as you drive, we even sealed it with double sided tape and let it sit for 2 weeks before our first ride. We're now skipping the refund period and losing $75. It was said to fit our 2018 Street Glide, but it didn't.
