Easy to install. Link to installation video included. The protector is applied using a liquid solution, which may or may not be included in the kit. If it's not included, just mix some dish soap and water. Then you simply need to 1) clean the watch 2) remove any dust from the screen 3) soak your fingers and the screen protector in the solution 4) press the screen protector against the screen (the adhesive side touches the screen) 5) center the screen protector the screen in wet condition 6) smooth out any blisters and 7) allow the tread to dry completely. The screen protector does not appear to affect the readability or use of the touchscreen. The screen fit is very good and doesn't interfere with the soft case I use with the watch. I took a star off my rating for not including an application solution with my kit.
