Installing the lid at a 45 degree angle (like the product photo) doesn't cover the top of the box enough to keep out the rain so I installed it at the right angle and he did is a little crooked when installed. , maybe good. Let's see! My criticism relates to the bungee cords themselves. The "plastic" tip on the hooks is only a few millimeters long and slips off too easily. I lost half of it during installation and unexpected surprise i have some new scratches on my air conditioner (probably don't care but it's only 1 day old!) or plastic coated hooks Another thing to note , is that I think they can rust over time and mess up your air conditioner I dropped that crappy bungee and will be using bungee with plastic hooks.
