I bought a 32.5" Lightmaster which was delivered to me on 04/30/2019. The switch was wobbly (difficult brightness adjustment) and flashed randomly (strobe) so I arranged for a replacement. The new one Unit started well but soon had the same problems as the original so I want to exchange it too.My 'Orders' shows the return or exchange window is closed as of May 30. But this was for my first defective lightbox. There is no obvious way for me to replace this second failed unit. It's only a few weeks old. By the way, the lightbox worked satisfactorily but excellently. Please advise. Thank you. Write a review. I got my money back for the second defective device. I also bought a third device which I hope will work better than its predecessors. I also raised my rating to 3 stars because Revain was very responsive. I am happy to give the new device 5 stars if the Buggy Switch works.
