Review on πŸ‹οΈ 5LBs Nutricost Unflavored Whey Protein Concentrate by Linda Fournier

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good taste, suitable for sports nutrition

Due to health problems, I have to drink 5 servings of protein every day. It tastes the best and I've tried at least 15 brands from popular, inexpensive, and even premixes. I make mine ahead of time with Walmart or Dannon 32 ounce (regular) Greek yogurt or with the least amount of sugar and calories on offer. I make 3.8 ounces with yogurt and 2.16 ounces with water and it dissolves great with no lumps or caking. No blender, just a large bowl and spoon. There's really no aftertaste (my opinion) like most, since I'm not allowed to eat soy it's a great thing. Haven't tried chocolate yet, I would only buy 2 pounds of chocolate as vanilla is more versatile when you add fruit or veg and I think if I drink 5 a day I get tired of chocolate pretty quickly. Just a quick tip. Use plain yogurt. and it's so thick and creamy it's like a custard or cream pudding scam. And good for losing weight too :) Dislikes: The tin it comes in is a bit big, but I end up recycling the tin and it's in my cat/dog food or other stuff. It would be great if the price was a little lower, such as B. in the $30-$35 range for someone on a budget. Replace it with a reusable bag to save on costs. I hope you like it
