Due to health problems, I have to drink 5 servings of protein every day. It tastes the best and I've tried at least 15 brands from popular, inexpensive, and even premixes. I make mine ahead of time with Walmart or Dannon 32 ounce (regular) Greek yogurt or with the least amount of sugar and calories on offer. I make 3.8 ounces with yogurt and 2.16 ounces with water and it dissolves great with no lumps or caking. No blender, just a large bowl and spoon. There's really no aftertaste (my opinion)…

I ordered this to increase my protein intake before and after spinal surgery. I have sensitive taste buds so it was difficult to find something I could tolerate. I can't speak for its effectiveness in building and strengthening muscles or for any other reason other than using it to speed healing as recommended by my doctor.
