The best part is that the HUB is included in the price. Most other sensors require an expensive hub. I suspect the battery will last a lot longer than other motion sensors with tiny batteries. When I went to step 4 with the quick setup instructions, I found that mine was not working as described in the setup. I had to hack for a good hour to get it working. Once I got it working I was very happy and used it as a TRIGGER for Alexa routines (automatically turning the kitchen lights on and off). I decided to buy another one (did it today). If you're not very good at setting up the Hub & Motion Sensor, chances are you'll get frustrated and won't be able to get it working. Definitely worth it if you can hack. Much luck. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is the installation instructions.
