So, I bought a large pot and I need a steamer basket. I picked this one because it was big. When I received it I noticed that it is just a regular size, it fits regular and medium pots. So I couldn't use it with my big pot because the food at the top just fell down the sides. We used it in a regular pan and it was great. We had a small problem but it was our fault. So the pot ran out of water and the steamer legs with the small plastic bottom finally melted in the pot. But it is a good item when used properly and in a regular sized pot. Update: The seller emailed me and sent me a new one. I didn't expect it, but I accepted the offer. They were very nice and helpful. They offered some recommendations and asked for my address. They sent me a new one to match my current pot. I received it super fast. I've used it and it fits perfectly in my large pot. I had no problems with this item and I like it as it serves its purpose and I am very happy with the seller who contacted me and sent me a new item at no extra charge. This shows that they care about their products and their reputation. So I've updated my star rating to 5 stars.
