The accessibility of the online store was not as simple as it was advertised to be due to the excessive clutter and lack of clarity. I found that I was scrolling endlessly through products that were not relevant to what I required and having a difficult time locating those products. In addition, the quality of the lighting products that I bought was below average. The turn indicator light assemblies were of poor quality and lacked durability, and the lighting accessories did not work with the model of my vehicle. I attempted to get in touch with their customer support, but the representatives I spoke with were both unhelpful and unresponsive, which made the whole ordeal even more aggravating. The fact that the prices were higher than those offered by other internet retailers selling the same products was an additional source of disappointment. From NSLUMO, I anticipated a more enjoyable shopping experience and values that were more affordable. If you are looking for a dependable and satisfying internet store for your automotive lighting requirements, I do not think you should go with NSLUMO. It is an option that is underwhelming due to the high prices, the limited selection of products, the low quality of those products, and the unresponsive customer service.
