Review on KYB 343460 Excel-G Gas Shock Absorber, Black/Silver by Andrew Choukline

These shock absorbers were replaced last year, exactly 11 months and 14 days ago one started knocking when driving over bumps, checked whether the screw was loose (there are only 2 holding the device. Felt the device click when Someone then clicks on the car.No and problems happen after all I have a lifetime warranty, WRONG!, KYB sends me back to Revain, totally surprised they didn't take care of the problem, I gave them an invoice which Revain has taken care of me, but when a manufacturer doesn't endorse their product, hmmm, the last KYB I'll buy.
