100% Polyester should have been my lead. It's terrible. Unfortunately I bought them in red and brown! They don't fold up easily out of the dryer. They are not as comfortable on the skin as towels. They don't fit well when folded. Now I only use them as a diagonal runner on the white tablecloth to collect dust and prevent the white tablecloth from staining too much. The diamond pattern and colors match my decor and are acceptable for fall/winter. I will not use them as wipes. I taught my people to use napkins, not paper towels and napkins, and they weren't fans of my white cloth napkins and didn't want to use the white ones. Now they will immediately reach for white cotton napkins before they reach for these. I haven't wasted my money using them as weird table runners, but oh my god I've learned my lesson. As a seamstress, I should have known that cotton shortages would be a serious problem. I'm so stupid.
