This is the second Euro Cuisine GY60 Greek Yogurt Maker that I have purchased. My first was unusable after dropping and breaking a plastic bowl on a wooden floor. I certainly can't blame the mug or its manufacturer for the crack, but I was devastated. I love it! I asked several places that sell this product if I could get a replacement bowl and was denied everywhere. Then I brilliantly thought of calling the manufacturer of the product. Now I'm waiting for my $5 spare bowl to get here. Now they've added shipping, and I don't know how much, but I thought buying the $5 bowl was worth paying the shipping for. Now to how the product works. BIG! It is so easy. clean, store, use. I can recommend to every yoghurt manufacturer.
