Review on Extreme Max 3005 3726 Heavy Duty Carrier by Rafael Lewis

Well the product seems fine but I can't review the actual product yet as I can't even use the product yet! I've been waiting over a week to hear from someone from this manufacturer to try and get all the gear that's missing from the order. Yes. I received this product with ZERO assembly and installation materials. So far very disappointed with Extreme Max products, terrible customer service, zero loyalty to solve any problems! I spoke to a representative early on who was quick to tell me to just email which I did and now after 4 emails still no response. I was strongly tempted to go back and buy a competitor's product.
