I bought this because I tow multiple trailers of different heights on my truck. It is well made, does its job well and looks good. My problem with this is that I ordered it with a hitch pin lock which had to have the same key as the ball pin. I used it for a few months and then had to remove the clutch. The included keys worked well with the pin that changed the hitch height, but would not unlock the hitch pin to remove the hitch from my truck. I used the included rubber padlock covers. Either the lock was broken or the keys they gave me weren't locked. It didn't unlock. I spent a lot of time going through a few saw blades to remove it. When I contacted the seller through Revain about the issue I should have had a response within 24 hours, it's been over a week and still no response. I didn't even ask for a free one, I asked if it was possible to get a new one with a key like a ball lock and I gave the key number. Mistakes happen, products can fail, but customer service should always come first. This is the reason for my bad rating.
