A little wasted sandpaper.

Compared to other sanding blocks I have used, this one offers a larger sanding surface. Waste is also low. By that I mean that only a small portion of the sandpaper you put in isn't used for sanding, maybe an inch or so. I also don't get spikes like some sharpening stones. It is also easy to install sandpaper in it and it has good holding power. Too bad I didn't know about this sooner.
