Ok this came in handy when filling my lower units on Mercury 5hp outboards. 1997 and Evinrude 35hp 1983. It came with 4 adapters, one was perfect for Merc and the other was for Evinrude. After screwing it in, it turned out to be a perfect hermetic seal. Easy to pump from a liter oil container. BUT! Why is the pump so short? Is the pump shaft long enough to pump about a 2/3 liter container of oil? Yes, you can pour a liter into another container and pump out of it, but that defeats the purpose of this thing. So a very handy little guy to get the job done. Just make sure you have a second quart of oil to pour into the first one you're pumping from, or have a third hand to help. Otherwise it's 5 stars.
