Review on City scooter Micro Scooter White, white by Bogusia Gaworek ᠌

I purchased this original scooter a week ago. On the first one, the fork had a chip in it; on the second, there was none. However, at home, I discovered that the steering tube had a poor coloring (to which I resigned myself), and a plug on the left handlebar had not been installed (which I fixed myself). After five days of leisurely skiing (home-metro-work-metro-home), the left handle's plug started to come loose. As I prepared to leave for home with the service phone, I discovered that it had somehow dislodged itself from the right handle. When I contacted Micro Mobility, they informed me that my call was not a warranty issue. For instance, if you misplaced it, it's your own fault (!) On a high-quality scooter, nothing should come off, but that is not a defense. They offered to travel to the opposite end of Hong Kong on a working day from 10 to 18 (Bibirevo). When I called the store, they initially tried to ship it (it wasn't a warranty issue), then they said I could either waste the day going to the service or I could hand it over again during business hours for inspection, after which there would either be a flaw and a refund or money for the inspection. In general, I do not suggest it because the quality is subpar, it is not worth the money, and if there are issues, you will have to handle them on your own since no one will need you after the sale.
