Review on πŸ”§ Maximizing Precision with Drill America Premium Quality Degrees by Carlos Long

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Drilled over 3,000 holes in aluminum and steel with just two bits.

I bought 3 sets of these parts to build an AC Cobra replica as I thought they would wear out quickly. There are over 3000 drill holes and over 1500 rivets and screws. About 55% of these are aluminum sheets, the rest is the steel frame of the chassis. I have found that they tend to enjoy high speed exercise. I used 2 drills for this. Both bits are still able to pierce plate and steel with little more effort than new ones. The only problem I had was operator error when I broke two nozzles by drilling through the laminated board, which caused the nozzles to be pinched between two sheets of metal. Both broke on first use, but it wasn't the nozzle's fault, it was mine. They center well, keep a clean cut, and don't bite on a punch through.
