Good consistency and taste

Who writes about the strong taste has not tried other pea proteins. This is the best I've found, and "ground" is best when mixed with water. Others I've tried had finer grinds that didn't mix well. I know people who hate the taste of regular dry whey. Not me. Pea protein has a slightly stronger flavor than many other powders and guess what, it tastes like green peas. It tastes bland to me, but then again, like I said, I don't mind regular dry whey and I have friends who choke on it. Definitely when I'm in the mood for something tasty, I buy Haagen Daaz Mint Chip, not pea protein powder. It's about meeting the protein needs that I should be meeting with real food, but I'm not. The best vegan protein is a 50/50 mix of rice and pea protein. Personally, I'm not vegan, but I'm just saying that if you're looking for the best amino acid profile, here's how to get it. Some people say it actually has a better profile than whey. I don't know, but it looks very similar. Better or worse probably depends on what else you eat and what you need. Either way, this is the best pea protein I've found and I pair it with NOW Sprouted Brown Rice Protein, which also mixes well and has very little flavor. Personally, I never buy ready-made cocktails. I find most flavors disgusting and would rather have just a mild pea flavor. I'm surprised by the person who didn't like the taste and was worried that it wasn't GMO (it's not) so I went back to a vanilla smoothie which probably has flavors, stevia and all. how is it. No thank you! I wish I could get better protein from real food, but I can't, so I take supplements. But I love it when I find these one and one ingredient supplements. If I don't like the taste I add my own cocoa or whatever, thanks a lot. It is unfortunate that this product is now on hold due to a customer complaint. I went to Anthony's website to purchase the product, although it costs a little more there. I've tried enough other pea proteins that I don't switch.
