Easy setup of rules for different sites; easy navigation between multiple tabs (homepage vs product comparison); notifications via email are great! Notifications could be more detailed - sometimes I receive notification only about price changes but not what changed in each category/product etc.; if there's something new available then it would probably help with customer acquisition as well by showing them that their competition has added some similar feature recently ;-) Great tool overall which helps me stay aware where my competitor(s) might go next so we can react quickly too!
