Great alternative monitoring tool, better than Pingdom and free trial is helpful

I like that it's very easy for me as well my team members are able use this software in our own office environment without needing IT support! This has been great because we have all of these resources at hand whenever needed which saves us time from having someone else call out tech issues with clients' sites etc.. The only thing i dislike about visual observer (which isn't really something they can fix) but if there was more customization options available then maybe others could benefit too?

Pros
  • I like that I can see everything up front before we make a decision to go live so I'm not surprised
Cons
  • I dislike that i don't have easy access to see all of the custom features we've made / implemented since it's very hard to find them unless you already know the way to look

Awesome monitoring and alerting system to keep track your competitors

Easy setup of rules for different sites; easy navigation between multiple tabs (homepage vs product comparison); notifications via email are great! Notifications could be more detailed - sometimes I receive notification only about price changes but not what changed in each category/product etc.; if there's something new available then it would probably help with customer acquisition as well by showing them that their competition has added some similar feature recently ;-) Great tool overall…

Great way keep an eye out when competitors launch new products

The software works well for my needs. I like that it will alert me of changes automatically - no need to check in myself which saves time! We use this all over our business so there are several settings / locations we would love to access in one tool but haven't found anything yet as seamless as that. Currently being worked through what my colleagues have said they'd like to be able to do with their own personal screens/apps (specific data). This can then become part of future updates if deemed

  • Great customer service team who respond quickly when needed.Great support available 24 hours per day 7 days week via email..You get an answer very fast !!!The Support Team really helps out alot.They help resolve any issues promptly..Very helpful people!!! :)
