I like that it's very easy for me as well my team members are able use this software in our own office environment without needing IT support! This has been great because we have all of these resources at hand whenever needed which saves us time from having someone else call out tech issues with clients' sites etc.. The only thing i dislike about visual observer (which isn't really something they can fix) but if there was more customization options available then maybe others could benefit too? We've had some instances where certain features were not working properly due to network problems so being aware/able to see what changes need made before going live helps save confusion down-the line especially during busy times such as holidays / peak season.
