Got this for a 2012 15" MacBook Pro. My MBP broke one of the legs in half. So I got them and with the help of a knife removed the old legs (it's just a round band holding them). I removed them and cleared the area. Then put it on. You don't need screws or a screwdriver to swap the legs (I think you could remove the bottom and put them through the hole instead of prying them open with a knife). But I like the backup screws as I had the MBP screws cut so backups are always good.Very happy with this purchase and you can't tell any difference between these and the original legs.
