Got this because I didn’t like the idea of my cat drinking out of a bowl of still water that is a potential breeding ground for bacteria. Moving water makes it harder for bacteria to grow, so I sought out a suitable fountain bowl. This particular bowl is great for its volume (2 liters) while still being compact. The design is modern and utilitarian without being bulky or an eyesore. It’s almost completely silent, and I don’t even notice it’s on unless I look at it. It doesn’t make a huge spout of water and doesn’t splash, so my cat started drinking out of it quickly with no issues. The cord is also a good length and doesn’t need to be right next to an outlet.
