suitable for headphone jack but not for multi-sensor indoor bike setup

Installation was a breeze. I connected it to the Windows 10 system and installed everything automatically without any problems. It works great for establishing a stable connection with my GoNovate G8 Bluetooth headphones, but I wanted to use it to connect to multiple Bluetooth smart devices (Kinetic inRide power meter, Nashbar). pace heart rate monitor and Wahoo Blue SC speed/cadence sensor) at the same time to set up the indoor bike with the Kinetic Road Machine smart bike trainer. 4.0 USB Micro Adapter, GBU521) with the correct driver set (version 12.0.0.9980 downloaded from IOGear.com). But with this CSR-based Avantree dongle, I can only establish a stable connection with one Bluetooth Smart device at a time. When I connect to the second, either the first disconnects or the second disconnects almost immediately after connecting. When the computer turns on after several Bluetooth Smart devices are already awake and transferring data, it seems that the one to which the computer connects first "wins" and the rest do not establish a stable connection. I know my devices don't need to be paired with another bluetooth dongle and I had to remove the other bluetooth dongle to avoid problems and I did that and it didn't help. It's entirely possible that you'll need to have this adapter as the first Bluetooth adapter on your computer for things to work properly (or deep wipe/erase/save a Bluetooth device well), but that's not a start. I am going to port this Avantree dongle to another PC where I only need an audio connection and use the IOGear dongle in my trainer setup.
