I've had these headphones for a little over a month. My job started with regular use of Zoom meetings and I needed a better audio "system" for my calls. This headset does its job very well, although there are a few things that could be better for me. The sound, both inside and outside, is fine. The sound coming from the computer is good, clean and clear, not muffled or distorted. While I wouldn't call it noise-cancelling, it blocks out the extra room noise I hear when wearing a headset. However, if someone in the room is talking (or a dog is barking) you will still hear them, the sounds in the room will be muffled and not completely masked. In addition, the microphone also reduces outside noise for the listeners. Meet on Zoom. Again, no true noise cancellation, but they do reduce ambient noise in the room a bit. These are not Bose stereo quality music headphones. They are suitable for meetings in the Zoom class. Fits well. I have a small head and have no problem adjusting them to fit without slipping or slipping. I put them on and don't have to play with them anymore. I have a problem: the ear pads are too narrow for me. After an hour, my ears hurt a little from the pad being pressed against my ear. I can adjust the position of the earcups and feel better, but they are too narrow for my ears. It's not so bad that I plan on giving things back. I use them 2-3 days a week and find it worth mentioning.
