Review on Chrome Plated Brass Dishwasher Faucet Adapter with Small Diameter Nipple, 55/64-27 Thread, and Snap Adapter by Joseph Anderson

It would be nice if you never wanted to use a faucet.

I was really hoping this DW adapter would work as I have both a portable dishwasher and washer dryer and need to hook them up to my kitchen sink. Quick-release aerator options are fairly limited, and pivoting sounds good. But while it works with DW and W/D adapters, as a regular aerator it's actually terrible. The little "pipe" that the water has to flow through underneath the ball joint makes it look like a faucet; The other cones have an aerator after the ball joint, but this one doesn't. If I could lock the aerator when not in use that would be great but I don't think there is a lock. If you just want to use the faucet normally without the device, this aerator shoots out a dense stream. Water out - not a smooth flow. Even with a low flow, it shoots a powerful jet into the sink that sprays water everywhere. It is not used at high flow rates. There's no point in using this if I can't use it like a regular aerator - it's just that I don't want to replace the aerator when I want to plug in and then swap it back out when it's done. .
