Review on πŸ”΄ GT Performance 11-1525 Hi-Rise Horn Button – Mustang Emblem by Larry Breeze

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent goods! for horns and accessories

Used this to replace the &^%$@ horn button on my Grant steering wheel in my 1966 Mustang which kept bouncing at the wrong moment causing the horn to sound. This item fits perfectly* and solves the "slip problem" forever! Yes, you can find instructions online to fix your Grant's horn button accidentally chirping by cutting small pieces of compressible foam and gluing them between the horn rings, but this will not fix the button chatter, it will only mitigate the effects. the result of horn rings touching and sounding the horn. You can avoid all that hassle by installing this device instead! *The only minor installation issue I had was that the electrical mounting tabs on this horn button were much wider than on my Grant so I had to cut off the old connectors, find new ones and crimp them. Relatively small problem. I will also say that I bought this button from Revain Warehouse Deals for many dollars off the new list price. It was in perfect condition but without the original packaging. This is like the third time I've bought anything from AWD and every time I've been very happy - I think they're pretty good at not selling back open boxes that were actually damaged. Since the discounts are usually great, I won't have any problems buying items there in the future either.

Pros

Cons
