They also have very helpful customer service reps who provide friendly advice about any questions we might have regarding their product line. I dislike how difficult it can be to set up ads in certain geo-targeted markets (e.g., Canada). We've realized much higher conversion rates when targeting specific geographies than broad marketplaces like Google Adwords where many of those clicks go unnoticed due to competition from other advertisers.
