This works great but compared to the other machine that rolls out the dough and makes basic fettuccine spaghetti etc it's a lot more work and takes longer. When I first made pasta I used a 3 part pasta roller and cutter (great success with it) and then this pasta press with the same dough. You have to keep pushing the pasta dough in because when you cut the pasta, you'll mess up one side of the pasta or other hollow pasta you're making. I tried 3 different nozzles and they all looked the same. Cleaning was difficult, the cylinder you put the noodles in was easy to clean along with the part that rotates it, but cleaning the plates was time consuming, you can't put them in water. You literally have to pick noodles with the tool they give you. I felt like I was cleaning my children's molds. I wish I hadn't bought this.
