- Automatically keeps track of documents.- Very clean look to help you navigate all aspects in an organized fashion from one screen or webpage through out your workflow for each matter/client involved with it! I wish there was more customization options than what comes along base package which does not include some things like calendar views, etc.. but overall its working great as far at tracking files & emailing them when they are needed across multiple cases while keeping everything neatly kept under lock so none can be seen by others outside my immediate circle (I am attorney). The interface was easy to learn and use for both myself as well as my staff. I had no issues with training them or implementation of the system. There are many different features in this program so it can be overwhelming at first but once you get used to everything there's nothing better! We were able to easily communicate with our clients and provide an excellent customer service experience. It has been very helpful in helping us streamline processes and improve efficiency throughout the office.
