I really didn’t expect these tiny little things to do anything, but they work well. My little toe had developed a painful callous from shoes causing friction. These little things are allowing the toe to heal while reducing the pain. My only negative is the cost. They should include more for the price.

- May not be suitable for those with brittle or fragile toenails
