I like how easy it is to use for my team members who are not technical people at all! It has helped us streamline our processes by creating templates so we can have consistency across departments in one place without having to go back and forth between different applications or files. Sometimes there's an issue with saving documents but they always get fixed very quickly when notified about them. We're able to keep track of everything from project management through invoicing right down to sending out emails using this tool - even if you don't know what each button does (it doesn't explain things) once your familiarised yourself with it though it becomes easier to navigate around as well as finding information quicker than other tools/methods available.
