Here's the thing, a '71 Land Cruiser FJ 40 that I've owned for almost 40 years. I recently took him to a well deserved rehab. It still has the original wiring and is in good condition except for the headlight circuits. For years he blew that fuse every few years and burned the original fuse box on that fuse post, installed a new Blue Sea Blade fuse panel, left the headlights on for a couple of hours and melted the headlight fuse post. It smelled like someone was braking in front of me. the fuse box burned out. I installed this inexpensive ceramic wiring harness and threw away the old one. It was important. Now I have brighter headlights, use less juice with less drag. It worked and now I am confident in my circuit and in a much brighter light. I drove for a couple of hours with the headlights on and physically felt the circuit board to measure the heat and now it's gone. Terrific! I should be able to rely on my headlights. Officially removed from my list of problems.
