Buyers beware, this product does not mix well with others.

I bought this module to replace an old Crane Hi-4, the rear cylinder has stopped firing. The unit I received from Midwest Traction went into surge protection mode after about 10 minutes of use. The bike stopped working without a loss of voltage. When contacting Dynatek directly, the rep said the module was designed to protect against voltage issues and my bike had a short or other voltage-related issue. In my spare time, I spent the next 30 (#$@%*) long days stripping and replacing every linear inch of wiring on my bike to turn on the voltage regulator with Ultima Complete Harness and the new Compu fire controller. Started the bike, worked about 10 minutes and showed the same error. I tried to return a defective unit sold by Midwest Traction and get a refund but they refused. noting that the 30-day return policy has expired. I tried to explain the circumstances involved, the fact that I was trying to give the module the benefit of the doubt by substituting my bike's wiring harnesses and voltage regulator. Answer MT. "Solve your problem with Dynatek; we are not responsible anymore.' This is about 20-25 minutes of this module. 'would be from $177 dollars.
