I've bought this a few times and haven't had any issues. There are videos online on how to replace the toner chip, but it's very simple. It comes with instructions and tools so nothing special is required. I do a few extra jobs, use a lot of paper and have used quite a few of these toners. I write a lot and have never had any problems. I've included some photos of the prints and scans I made. Pretty good :) Shipping was fast and nothing damaged. Couldn't be happier :)
