Austin Cunningham's thoughts on the BenQ GL2460HM After reading my gaming monitor review, I believe that any video gamer who is also looking for a fast, reliable, and high-resolution monitor will gravitate towards this monitor. Everyone has a computer these days, so just one monitor makes me an expert. Before that I had two ACER monitors and now that I have this medium screen gaming monitor I have been able to meet the criteria that are important for my new monitor. I often spend more than 8 hours at a time on the computer. β’ Quality/Brand Awareness: This is important because there are many computer monitors out there and I feel safe when I have a good quality one. β’ Compatibility: The monitor connects to most computers, no adapters required. β’ Speed: Less student needs and more gamer needs. It is still important to separate monitors from each other. The Ban GL 2460HM gaming monitor has a blue light suppression function that allows gamers or students to look at the screen without hurting their eyes, and at least the students can't strain their eyes. They write their articles over a long period of time. Which meets my criteria for eye stress as I have previously worn glasses that reduce stress and blue light. The BenQ name is also synonymous with the best choice for gamers. These are the monitors they use at professional gaming events where millions of dollars are at stake. Brand awareness was great as when I told them about the BenQ gaming monitor to all my friends online or in person they knew straight away that I had made a quality choice which in electronics is always a dangerous click from buying a bad device can be removed. .Having bought other monitors, I know that multi-connectivity is paramount for gamers with multiple monitors. I can also determine at any time that my graphics card is not up to date and I would like to buy a different one. This one, including HDMI, VGA and DVI, ensures it will work with almost any graphics card I can install in my computer. I chose this monitor because of BenQ's TN technology, which is the industry leader in refresh rates for gaming monitors. Thanks to TN's blazing-fast 1ms refresh rate, I and other gamers who choose this monitor have a slight edge over everyone else when shooting first-person video games where everything happens in milliseconds. The only downside of the monitor that I was aware of before is that it doesn't have a 4k resolution, only the standard of now 1080p. Now BenQ makes 4k models and they start at $580 on Amazon. Given that this monitor only cost $148, the huge $400 difference gives the BenQ GL2460HM a huge advantage. Except for one negative aspect, everything met and exceeded my expectations for a monitor for a gaming computer. BenQ did so well with this monitor that I can't believe I will ever have anything other than one of the best computer monitors out there.
