Review on 🎧 USB Transcription Headset by Spectra by John Galbraith

I bought this headset back in 2017 and am very happy with it. I ordered a second one to have a "spare" as I travel a lot and carry it with me in my computer bag. Unfortunately I didn't open the package right away as I didn't need it. I was about to go on another trip and figured I'd leave my old computer in my travel bag and the new one at home to use when I'm here. I opened the box and pocketed the headset to test it out before stuffing the old one into my bag. The new headset does not work. The volume button doesn't light up and my computer says there's something wrong with the USB that's just connected. I was looking for information to return the defective kit but now I see that my return window is already closed. Now I'm stuck with a headset that doesn't work. I think next time I'll open it and try it right away. However, the goods arrived quickly.
