Updated original rating. This time I also added a picture. This is the second one I've ordered and like the first it snapped onto the #3 grounding rod. Now I'll have to try and find one that fits this unit. My honest opinion at this point is that there is an inherent flaw in the material or manufacturing process. Overall Rating---------F---ing POS Save money and look elsewhere. I was a little luckier than Jim. I got to my third grounding rod before it broke in the same spot as in the photo. There are no extenuating circumstances that could lead to a breakup. Outside temperature during use 47 degrees Fahrenheit. It has not been used in any way for which it was not designed. The item itself worked as expected until it failed. If the product had a reasonable lifespan, it would have deserved a higher star rating.
