I have had a large copper cooking pan for many years and I really like it. When my little 8 inch pans got too much use, I was thrilled to find one from Copper Chef. Actually I got 2 of them because I use that size a lot. If you follow the directions and learn not to use cooking sprays, they're easy to clean. It was a revelation, I didn't know how they affect the finish. Now I just use real oil or butter or nothing at all. I switched to the Copper Chef brand a few years ago as they work just as well on a convection oven as they do on my ceramic hob. This is the only brand of nonstick coating that I buy. don't disappoint. I wish they would make their own lid for this but not yet so I have to use an old lid.
