Is this a genuine Copper Chef product?

After the second boil in this pan I notice the burnt surface. I only have scrambled eggs and meat. Doesn't it look like I have a real copper cook? Or this pan is so crappy. I will never use it again.

  • One year trial period

Nonstick doesn't last

This pan has worked great for about 6 weeks with occasional use, but now the nonstick doesn't work and the pan is practically unusable. Food sticks to the pan and burns, leaving residue that is difficult to remove. An attempt to reflash didn't work.

Doesn't work as advertised! Everything sticks!

Bought 3 sizes. What a disappointment. I've followed all of the pre-cooking instructions, but most things I cook still stick. Eggs are the worst. You can't flip them over without breaking the yoke because they stick so badly. A large skillet is great for frying bacon, but any skillet will do for bacon. I like the color but that's the only good thing I can say about it.

It's really non-stick

I got a "Copper Crisper" and fell in love with it. I decided to expand my collection and replace some other cooking items with the Copper Chef. I have an 8 inch pan to replace another nonstick pan I have that sticks really well. I use my pans on an induction cooktop, not a stovetop. This new pan works really well and puts a smile on my face. I live alone so the 8" is perfect for me. That's 2 eggs, a pancake, or my monthly ribeye. I'll be buying more Copper Chef in the future depending on how…

Excellent quality! - Pots and pans

Great pan! I've bought (and thrown away) many non-stick pans over the years. They all follow a pattern: they start out great, require more care than a newborn, and eventually end up with scratches, caked food, lots of swearing, scraping burnt scrambled eggs off, etc. The copper cook is great because I've had it for about 3 years now months and use it every day for breakfast, its surface is still intact and food still slides off it without getting stuck. Then it goes straight into the dishwasher

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Annoying

Tried and tested

I have had a large copper cooking pan for many years and I really like it. When my little 8 inch pans got too much use, I was thrilled to find one from Copper Chef. Actually I got 2 of them because I use that size a lot. If you follow the directions and learn not to use cooking sprays, they're easy to clean. It was a revelation, I didn't know how they affect the finish. Now I just use real oil or butter or nothing at all. I switched to the Copper Chef brand a few years ago as they work just as…

Guilty. Caught the second time

This is my second rodeo with one of these miracle pans. The first time it was some kind of green. This one was right out of the box. I bought it on April 29th and today is July 7th. I tried it as a replacement for my old $8 Walmart Teflon type that has served me well for over 5 years. This was a bonus as it was inductively compatible with my nuwave device. I followed the instructions and it worked flawlessly for 2 months. I only hand washed and the only thing I cooked are scrambled eggs and…

Great dishes!

Rarely advertised on TV product works as described but this one is a winner. I tried one of their large pans a few years ago and as my other non-stick materials have worn out I'm replacing them with Copper Chef products. So I took two of those 8 inch pans to replace the aging. Teflon pans beginning to show signs of use. I like her! I have no idea why anyone would have trouble with them. All the ones I've bought work perfectly, although I monitor the seasoning process and keep them clean using…
