Great pan! I've bought (and thrown away) many non-stick pans over the years. They all follow a pattern: they start out great, require more care than a newborn, and eventually end up with scratches, caked food, lots of swearing, scraping burnt scrambled eggs off, etc. The copper cook is great because I've had it for about 3 years now months and use it every day for breakfast, its surface is still intact and food still slides off it without getting stuck. Then it goes straight into the dishwasher without much fuss. looks nice too. I can't wait to replace all of my pots and pans with copper!
