Review on Dorman 749 468 Driver Window Regulator by Larry Morris
The potential savings aren't worth the effort.
I have installed dozens of ESCs on BMWs and have used Dorman products in the past. Although they appear to be almost OEM, others have had the same issue as me. After installing both controls they seemed to work fine, but almost 90% of the time the device won't fold when you open it all the way, the anti-pinch feature kicks in and refuses to fold. After several attempts with a short press on the button up, the window goes up. I installed both devices, both devices have the same problem.
