Bought for my 2009 Highlander because of the poly v belt squeak that was annoying me; not to mention the loss of performance. Diagnosis: the car is parked, the engine is running, a squeak is heard, poured some water on the belt and the noise immediately disappeared. After drying, the noise returned. This is a belt. Do not use a belt strap. Removed the cover near the front wheel on the passenger side to gain access. Out with the old and in with the new. The noise is gone. Much cheaper than at the dealer.
