Review on Harringdons Kitchen Cotton Absorbent Substitute by Donna Hoff

Towels are beautiful. They absorb perfectly and leave no lint on glassware. The colors are bright and beautiful and the quality is excellent. My step daughter's grandmother has several of these towels which she says she has had for over 30 years! I believe that because, like me, she doesn't throw anything away just because it's old. It has no holes, the edges are still in pristine condition, and they're still as absorbent as mine as far as I can tell. I have used them many times around her house and didn't realize when I ordered my Harringdon towels that they were the same as hers until I saw the striped colors on their towels. Her hair is already cream colored so I suggest she order Rit Whitening Powder for it. These towels are a nice size too, but they fold or roll up nicely, like me, to fit in a kitchen drawer. I'm so glad Harringdons are still producing the same quality as they were years ago. I suggest washing them separately or just with other lint free items, IOW, rather than terrycloth as it gets on them and is very difficult to remove. . I made this mistake the first time I washed them with my new washcloths and had to shake off all the lint and remove the rest with a roll of tape. It was worth it because now they are what they should be and I won't make that mistake again. I would highly recommend them to anyone. It's not easy to find that kind of quality these days, but it seems this company still believes in making their products with the same care that they did 30 years ago. Thanks Harringdons.
