I've had one of the traditional "wing nuts and hands" that helps with a cheap plastic magnifying glass for years. (Maybe it's from the RadioShack days.) I hardly ever used it, and it only occasionally stood on the edge of a table to hold two wires so I could solder them on without burning my hands. better than that and even better than I expected. The pointed Daleks are handy for finding PCBs on pins and the 2 long terminal blocks are very flexible for holding PCBs or supporting connectors when soldered to the PCB. The two shorter arms aren't as flexible (just because of their shorter length) and therefore not as useful, but still usable. The light and magnifying glass are also handy and easy to place where you need them thanks to the flexibility of the extra long arm and magnetic plate. trigger before.
