Got bent.: Portable Speakers & Docks

I like the speaker, it sounded good BUT when I took it out of the box I noticed the screen that covers the front speakers was bent. I sent it back and got it replaced and it wasn't bent that bad either so I sent it back they didn't give me a chance to get another one, I didn't want to anyway but apart from the dent the speaker was great.
