This gooseneck teapot is a small but very pretty teapot that will really stand out on your stove. It doesn't have a whistle, so if you need that feature, this kettle isn't for you. It has a very good temperature sensor on top which I didn't realize I needed until I had a kettle with me. The pour is slow and steady, which is great for targeted pours if that's what you're into. The big problem with the kettle is the design of the handle. If you have a large flame area and the kettle isn't in exactly the right place, the bottom of the handle will be too close to the heat source and you could burn yourself, so you have to be careful. There's no black matte finish or lining, so it's safe to leave water in it for a while, which is nice. Overall a good kettle.
