My grandma needed a new kettle and I wanted to make sure I got her something lightweight with a long spout for easy pouring. She loves her tea and is picky about her teapots and the ideal tea temperature. So I know she's going to love that with an easy-to-read thermometer on top.

Bought this in December 2020 and use it 5 times a week to make coffee with no problems. I can control the watering well and the thermometer seems to be accurate. Sometimes when filled to 24 ounces or more, some of the water will flow down the spout as it reaches the boiling point. We have hard water that accumulates minerals, but the kettle cleans easily with vinegar.
