I never knew what a gooseneck kettle was and I'm so glad I know it now. This little teapot is fun and very handy for tea. There is a protective pear at the end of the neck that can be removed and replaced, and the point is quite sharp. The temperature view was extremely useful for those like me who can be very impatient as it can also be used as a time when you know it's done once the stick hits red (which you don't have to either) . it doesn't whistle, which I totally agree with, and instead the fumes come out of the three holes located on top of the lid. I like that it's big enough to serve up to 5 cups of tea. As it's mostly just for me but useful when the guests are over. The handle makes it easy to control and the grip is very comfortable. The gooseneck shape is perfect and really helped avoid spills which is my biggest downfall over regular kettles. I definitely recommend this product. Thank you!
